Price for regular should be ~$11-12 a bottle.

Yeah, it's been not a secret that the orange flavor has faded quite dramatically. I don't think anyone expected the orange zest flavor to be potent after a year.

I did. Regal Rye lasted past a year as did Northwoods.

Sure, but orange peels and berry puree/juice are not the same thing when it comes to adjuncts. Yes it does say, develops in the bottle for up to 2 years, but it doesn't say flavors will exactly stay the same for 2 years.

Just saw the prepackaged 17-18-19 mini vert for $54.99 in swpa...BCBS is crazy expensive here

Well.. Sure they fell short by 12 months of what the label said. I did expect some semblence of orange this bottle had none.

The past two years it's been $8.90 at many Costco's across the country, at least those allowed to sell beer. Variants were around $20 last year. Ours gets a pallet of regular, and two boxes of each variant.

Better off with a Southern Tier Oranj Chokolat. A bit cloying, but that orange will hold for a bit.

...and no, it’s not a BCBS level beer...

Didn't get a chance to try Northwoods, but I do remember Regal Rye very well, and would love to see it make a comeback. It was one of the variants that Goose Island got perfect.

I just walked in a store that had an overflowing shelf with every variant from last year (except reserve and prop), and unopened cases sitting next to the shelf. All $30 a bottle. I picked up a vanilla and left the rest sit.

What is the distro on 2 year Reserve? Is it going only to certain states or every state?
