Saw this hiding in the back of my fridge. Fairly common beer, normal New England soft mouthfeel, lower bitterness, and a tad too sweet.

Those were good times, worth remembering. I had a front row seat for Jimi Hendrix back in 1968 for $6. Music before it all got compartmentalized into all these different genres for marketing purposes. Cheers my friend, hope you're enjoying something good to drink!

Real Ale Moon Walh (not misspelled, copied directly from the bottle) Brut IPA - family decent, pleasantly fruity brut.

Having a Centennial now - my options are limited until I do a beer run on Weds evening.

An original tune, kind of up tempo - not really sure what genre it would fall under ...

Rare Hendrix was a nice album in 1972. My second after Cry of Love. Band of Gypsies. Then War Heroes was like my all time favorite. All after Jimi was gone. But I was only 18. My first 8-track tapes. Still listening to Jimi to this day. And gettin' Larrrge. Cheers

Great Divide Vanilla Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout, 9.5% ABV. Pours black and thick with a four-finger head that left lots of foamy lacing. Nose is vanilla and chocolate. Taste is roast malt, vanilla, and oak with moderate bitter close. Dry oak mouthfeel, overall excellent, but I prefer my oak soaked in bourbon.

We're bracing ours-elves for a series of winter storms lasting through the weekend. A foot of snow will NOT stop me from going BCBS variant hunting on Friday!!!! Our neighbor has his light show running, the largest in the state. We'll have tour buses and people parking in and across our driveway soon. It's a professional setup timed to music he broadcasts on FM. He collects donations for charity. In the shot below from our driveway, not all the lights are on.

Yes my friend, I am drinking well tonight.

In my college years (how a college accepted me who knows why) listened to bands like Poco and Eagles.

Biggest regret among many things was I never saw Bruce in concert. NJ boys. I know he is still performing and I still alive (mostly) so what is stopping me? I was hoping you had the answer.

Never been anybody to take Jimi's place. I can still remember that concert as clear as a bell. A lot of people try to cover Jimi but they don't come close. Since it's virtually impossible to find the originals on YouTube, here's one of my favorite JH tunes from the CD itself. Some raw power there. Cheers!!!

...also got my two-volume paperback edition of 'The Seven Pillars of Wisdom' (the 1922 Oxford text) from Castle Hill Press out of England (I already have the quarter-goatskin hard cover copy I purchased few years back - haven't read it, but saw the paperback edition available, so that may be better suited for bedside reading - keep the rare bound edition (no. 81 of 46-225 copies of that bound version) cleaner...

This is good, very smooth. not as bold/roasty/bitter as the big names, but some people might prefer that.

I don't have the answer, but I would guess the ridiculous prices they charge for concerts these days. That's what tends to keep me from seeing a lot of bands I like, Joe Bonamassa for example. Cheap tickets are like $125 and you need binoculars to see him. I settle for watching concerts on DVD's these days good seat, great sound, no assholes to contend with and I can smoke a bone if I want or have a couple beers. Someone to check out if you've never listened to them is The String Cheese Incident, great band! The oriental guy is a mofo of a player. Just feel good music, I love these guys!

Can someone shoot me a BM (or you can just tell me here) on how to use IMGUR now? I’m an idiot and I don’t understand what happened and how to fix it. Thanks.
