8 Crazy Nights BIF: Hints & Hauls

Pending how much work i get done will determine if my box leaves today otherwise it will leave tomorrow.

Sending all bombers and an out of state growler that i had someone mule for me.

 

I held off until today and picked up the growler just now...I'll pack this sucker up and get it out this afternoon! My Target should watch their porch come Friday, maybe even Thursday if we catch a bit of luck. =)

 

My box was finalized today and I just wrapped up all of my target's presents - I think I did a fine job if I do say so myself. The 12 bottle shipper needed some modifying to say the least! My target was a fun challenge - he hasn't reviewed any of the beers I am sending.

 

Prepare to be amazed, my friend.

 

Haha, nice! I hope your Target can post a pic of the shipper...I've heard of them being modified to accommodate a 64oz growler, but I've never seen the finished product!

 

Oh, and a word to my Target...there is an edible item included in your box. PLEASE WAIT for further instruction before consuming!!!

RULE BREAKER!!! I broke a rule too...

 

Okay, box hit the road today headed east, should arrive by Friday or Saturday at the latest!

 

Haha, actually I didn't...the food item in question was specifically OK'd in the OP. I just added a lil' twist to my box, so eating them first thing would undermine my master plan. But since we're being honest here, I was totally planning on breaking rules*, but then I ran out of room in my box. ;-(

Think they'll still be crispy when they get there? I poked airholes in the bubble wrap...

 

Mine is definitely going out tomorrow. Of the 7 bottles:
-all are from Midwestern breweries
-5 are wants
-2 are not distributed outside the state they are brewed in (and one is brewery only)
Still not sure on the growler, but I have it narrowed down to two area breweries--now I just have to choose!

Dang, now I'm feeling like the slacker with all of you shipping early this week. I can't make it to the brewery I'm getting a growler from till Wednesday, but it will land before the 5th I believe.

 

I'm going to vote it's not me. Not too many Kalamazoo's out there.

 

Don't worry, I'm right there with you. I still have a good bit of shopping to do... I don't see it as "being late" so much as "ensuring growler freshness".
