I usually stock up on the regulars this time of year; anything and everything from Anchor Christmas and Great Lakes Christmas to Corsendonk Christmas and St. Bernardus Christmas. The girlfriend always makes me grab a pack of Harpoon Winter Warmer. Haven't snagged Winter Solstice yet, but it's on my shopping list. Gave Southern Tier 2XMAS and Green Flash Friendship Brew a try, too. I'm wondering if there are any new-to-this-year holiday beers that one might recommend, just something else to look for.

Do you get Evolution, I found this over the weekend, not my personal cup of tea, but I think a lot of people will enjoy it. It's kind of like their ESB, only more bitter, and spicier. To my knowledge it is new. (Note, I am generally a big fan of Evolution, this just isn't a style for me.) http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/19897/63892

Man I've been looking out for em for the last month. Looks like I'll make some phonecalls tomorow. Thats one bonus of being out west in PA..

Have you had the Magic Hat's new oatmeal stout? Heart of darkness is good and a steal at 30$ a case.

I had a couple sips of Fat Head's Holly Jolly at Vintage Estate this past week and I liked that a bit. It was in the vein of 12 Dogs of Christmas in that it had like a nutmeggy sweetness to it to go with the usual Christmas Ale maltiness we see in the style. At least I think that beer is new to bottling this year (I've never really gotten to their locations to drink their stuff on tap).
