Whoever desided to schedule bottle pickups the same day as Santa needs to fired.

I thought it was like that on purpose so I could pose on Santas lap with my case of beers

Apparently that was the only place to sit.

It wasn't all that bad!! The Luxurious Luxury was as good a fruited sour as I have ever had. Not a wait for beers and generally seats were available, with short waits. Kids started clearing out mid-afternoon and they brought the bottles to my car.

Haha I'm half joking because I plan to bring my kids to breweries, it was more the way the parents treated the space. Tables without beer covered in toys, legos and snacks, kids running through walkway and strollers taking up seated areas. I asked a group of 4 (at a 6 top) if they were using the 2 extra chairs next to their strollers and was told they were being used. Was also kicked out of the seating in the back by the bottle pickup. It just seems poorly planned. Also $6 tasters is even worse than OH's guest taps.

That being said, has anyone cracked any bottles yet? Trying to decide what to open first.

It was basically the first time we brought the kids to any indoor brewery; the brewery gave us a big green light by having Santa-- you were warned! The pickup for the 12 beers was line free and easy, but there was a bit of a mess at tables-- but easy to get beers. As we have all December to pick the bottles, it seemed not that many people were there for that...

I wished you had said Hi! I was the guy wearing a Santa Muscle shirt at the table with legos but they weren't ours!

And we downed 7 of those $6oz tasters trying to get to that Eq stout!

I think the OH banana may be the one to try fastest; would love peoples view on these stouts as we try them! As excited as I am in some ways, I am assuming they are all the same base stout-- which I sure hope I like!

True, tbh I didnt see their post about Santa until I was on the way as it was only posted in their IG stories. Did they end up tapping the EQ stout? I left around 1:30 and it wasnt on yet.

Ahhh the master of instagram tripped up by those sneaky stories ! And you would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for those meddling kids.

As of 3pm, the keg was half full and not going anywhere.. its a lot of 4 oz pours to kick a sixtel!
Let me know if you hit there midweek!

Hah yes! I’ve been off my game lately. Will do, I might swing by Friday if they have another release.

Had the J Wakefield raspberry cream coffee a few days ago. Flavors are as advertised but I wouldn’t exactly say its very drinkable. Aroma is all booze and coffee with raspberry on the tongue. Debating whether a little time might help these mellow out

Just had a slightly contentious email correspondence with Jeppe at work. I never interacted with Mikkell, but based on this it seems like he really is the Evil Twin.

I work for a wine importer and they bought wine from us, and invoice's due date is Sunday. The SLA requires that we notify a customer when an invoice becomes due, and he interpreted that notification email we sent as a threat that the invoice would be reported "delinquent," and he didn't seem interested in understanding that we're just following compliance.

Anyone else try any of the 12 stouts yet?

I had the 3sons one the other night and was a little disappointed. While I enjoyed the base Stout, the marshmallow coffee (whatever that means) tasted incredibly artificial. Really wasn’t much coffee at all.

Had the Trilium collab a few nights ago. Waaaaaay better than the Wakefield one in my opinion. It had a raspberry jam thing going on that reminded me a little of those Grimm/OH pb&j stouts. Do we know for certain that these are all the same base stout?

Can confirm that they're not the same base recipes.

Sorry I should have worded my post better, I meant to say that I like the stouts body, as in I probably would have liked the beer better without the marshmallow coffee.

I had the Other Half one last night..decent banana flavor, but heavy amount of booziness on the backend
