J. Wakefield (2019)

I suppose part of the disappointment with the price tag was that I was expecting full-on access to 3 sons beers while I was there, similar to how Wakefest has a constant stream of all the BA stuff that you expect. A lot of the stouts didn't make it very long and nothing was put on to replace them as they kicked. Sure, a lot of the guest taps were good and I'm happy I got to try some, but I was really there for the 3 sons taps. Like I said, I'm sure this year they will be more prepared. I can't argue that the price point is similar to other fests when you consider the bottle/glassware, etc.

 

Wakefield does have an onsite list right now that's on untappd. They also have a cellar list that probably was actually around when I answered before and I just didn't realize that as it moved to a separate list.

Otagoffa, Bake White Gold, couple Cocos, and other stuff on it currently. Its priced accordingly.

 

It is not. It was at one point I'm fairly certain, but that lasted a very short period of time.

 

Last year was far from perfect. Hard to expect them to have a ton a great BA stuff when the brewery wasn't even really open yet. The family members party in September was so much better. Fully expect this LJ party to be a huge improvment based on that. Plenty of great BA stuff lasted both sessions.
