    I’m a bit knocked out by this Bush Amber ale at 12% and I’m not sure if I should allow myself another one.

    New Belgium Felix Single Foeder Golden Sour Ale Aged in Apple Whiskey Barrels

    Nice orange gold color with small cap and lacing.

    Aroma reminds me of a sharp apple cider with a touch of sweetness.

    Taste is also cider like with sharp/sour/sweetness presented in a fresh, clean way. Not really beer like at all, more vinous in nature and if it were handed to me in a blind tasting I may well have thought it a dry cider.

    Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

    Overall it's a pleasing novelty.

    Alright @bowzer4birdie and @TheIPAHunter I've opted for the fairly cheap at 4,40€ a sixer Affligem Blonde, at 6,7%. Think of it as a slightly better Leffe Blonde so good enough and as I said, sessionable.

    I bought the last KORN CD just last month and am pleasantly surprised. I was quite fond of their first two albums and while I don’t listen to them much anymore, this bring some memories of my unruly teen years.
