My friend's would've run 600 points worth on. the bar in about 6 minutes.

Wife threw me a surprise 40th birthday party at the taproom earlier this year. Great place for a celebration for sure. And I wouldn't be in Fight Club without it.

You must have enough rewards points to have Rev deliver the beer to your house.

$15,000+ spent should earn you permanent line-skipping privilege no matter what. No questions asked. If not, you got fucked. Ask for a refund.

He'll be fine...the next step involves a stroller so he'll get to the front of the line...

@Veliksta1 Is the draft only list getting released soon? Looking forward to see what's in store.

Hopefully, it's usually the official name and the tasting notes that get held up. I imagine soon as we are admittedly a few days late this time.

What's up everyone. We decided to film our chat with Jim, Marty, and Glenn where we learn about and taste the upcoming Deep Wood Series beers in anticipation of the big week leading up to the release. These videos are very raw and unedited, with the exception of cutting dead air space, with no bells and whistles from a production standpoint. I think there's a lot of interesting educational elements that some of you may geek out over. Full warning, they are really long (especially VSOD), so if you can only keep your attention for a minute or two that's okay. I didn't feel the need to cut these down as you can decide yourselves when you've had enough. Join us in being a fly on the wall:

I suspect these video are more enjoyable if watched while drinking the beer being discussed while watching.

The first minute or so gives you a quick overview of the barrels and blend before they open them up, but otherwise, I'm sure it would be less torture to have them in front of you. Honest feedback is welcome on whether these are helpful, enjoyable or not.

Very enjoyable. I love getting deeper into the weeds of how these are made and how different barrels/bases are chosen and blended.

I enjoyed them as well, especially the VSOD vid. I will say, I would recommend getting a better mic for these interviews (you can get affordable podcast mics these days). The volume was pretty low in general.

Those were really cool to listen to in the background while I worked. There is very little insight into how brewers think about their barrel programs so getting to basically be a fly on the wall as they sit and discuss these is super interesting. I like the VSOD one the best. Ditto on getting a little bit better audio.
