New brews in NJ (2019)

Place local to me just got their Bliss, Trial By Wombat and Burning Money.

Anyone have these before?

 

Anyone try the new yards lager yet? Almost grabbed a six pack today but went with something else instead.

 

Not yet, was hoping one of my local spots would have some singles of it available. Not sure why, but I wish they put this in cans for six packs, too.

 

great minds think alike haha. Part of why I past was cause there were not cans. Yes it’s all mental and people may judge but a simple lager like that out of a can, there’s something about it.

Any idea what kind if ipas truth and saber tooth are? Old school? West coast? Etc

 

I had Truth a few years back. I’d say it leans toward west coast but it has some east coast influence (pre-haze craze). Only other beer I’ve had from them is Peach Dodo (gose), which I really enjoyed.

 

Very welcome news. I visited the brewery in Cincinnati two years ago and enjoyed all the beers I tried. Hopefully, the IPAs will be reasonably fresh.

 

I was shocked when we got coolship resurgram a while back. This will be a nice treat if I stumble upon it.

 

Looks like Surly popping up in NJ in a lot of place, total wine, etc, Todd, Furious......

 

Roger Wilco had a few bottles of American Solera Foeder Cerise left @ $14.99. I passed.

Also not really that rare but they had the BCBS Vertical holiday packs @ 45.99 a set. Another pass, but I’m sure they’ll sell out by tomorrow. Still some of the variants left too. Oh and there was a 12oz bottle of Prarie Christmas @ $13 that I
LOL’d at.

This concludes my report.

 

I did get a Prairie Christmas at $10 even though I don’t like spending that much on 12 oz... but I might get a few of the other variants if I like that one.

 

Not gonna lie, it really tempted me. I bet it was delicious ((please say it wasn’t))

I read another Hazy IPA from Surly was added to the Guest Brewer BrewPipeline (whatever it is called ) . Hopefully it shows up soon in NJ. Not going to lie paid $5 each for two cans of Todd the Axman at Roger Wilco.
