    I always wonder how it works with Binnys for when beer like this drops. Are people just hanging out waiting? Does it appear on the shelves at a very predictable time? Are people following the Hop Butcher trucks around? Is there only a few 4-packs to begin with?

    Basically, people follow social media to see when it's supposed to drop. When the news hits, the Hop Butcher drops are usually Thursday and Friday. So I will usually stop in Binny's by my work on lunch and grab it if I really want something. Also, if you follow Hop Butcher on IG, they were answering questions from people on where it was at.

    and I think they’re really consistent with the drops. If they drop at St Charles every Friday, chances are it’s within the same time frame...so I assume dudes just figure out when to stop by.

    Yeah, I figured out after a while that a couple places near my work always get their stuff Thursdays around 11. So I just pop over at lunch when they have a beer dropping that I'm interested in.

    Me too. I'm typically working from home, Crafted, the open bottle and Binny's are all within 5 miles of me. I can usually zip out whenever.

    2 years in a row it has come out the week before Christmas. People are off and have time to zoom around. Throw in the huge Untappd rating (in addition to the beer being a great version of the style) and I think it’s pretty clear why
