Anyone pick up the CM collab? Any idea whether they have cans left? In Sac for Xmas, might head up there this afternoon.

They had both cans on Sat and Sunday. They had 125 CASES of each, so that is a lot of cans..... Should last for a bit (especially since several other Sacramento area breweries also had can releases this weekend). Plus both on tap.

So far I have only tried Golden Triangles. Great Mosaic hazy.

On a side note, the first Pastry Stout "Dripping Moon" is also on tap. Crowlers/Growler of this one as well.

Thanks! Would you say the OG Moonraker pedigree shines through?

For sure.....and then some.... At least for my tastes/preferences.

Zach F is nailing these first few releases. Moonraker (late 2016/early 2017) good.

Word is still not really out yet locally. They are just so small. Literally only a few people can fit in the tap room. If they have nice weather they can at least open up the mini-patio for 4 more seats. Only a handful of reviews on untappd.

Any word on whether they'll eventually be sending these new cans down to Sacramento?

No word yet. You would think this would be taproom only since it is their first can release. They respond on IG and FB pretty quick, that would be a better place to ask.

So per article, the taproom holds 40 people ... that’s not bad at all. Sounds bigger than the OG Other Half taproom LOL

Look at my pics posted earlier upthread as well as on their website. 40? That is probably Fire Marshall Capacity...lol...

Maybe 25 stools in there max. Then some standing room on the right side. Even with a small group it felt cramped.

Stopped by yesterday. Great taproom and vibes. Actually liked Golden Triangles better than the CM collab, and Dripping Moon was solid for the style, which I’m admittedly not a big fan of. Looking forward to seeing what else comes out of these guys, a great start for sure.

I agree. After a few more cans, I prefer the Golden Triangles Hazy IPA as well. Mosaic worked really well in this one.

Went back on Saturday. I also thought the Dripping Moon Stout was solid. Coffee up front, not overpowering sweetness. Got more of the Hazelnut as it warmed, but still a little light.

Green Nugget West Coast IPA might be the SLEEPER best beer on the board.....

It was at max capacity on Saturday afternoon. Felt pretty PACKED with the front rolling door down, especially with two car seats with babies on the floor....lol... I think they had them go at 2pm when it filled up.
