Suarez Family Brewing (2019)

I've been to Suarez five or six times now, and it always amazes me with how clean and balanced these beers are. Stands to Reason (smoked lager) has just the perfect amount of smoke to make sure you taste it, but it doesn't overpower the lager.

I'll also echo the great things said about Crescent. It's got just the right about of funk without being too overpowering that a lot of saisons have. It has the perfect amount of zest. $7 a bottle is such a steal.

 

Today I dropped by en route to home in VT and had a Ms Frank, which was incredible. Look No Further is literally all I want in an 'IPA'. Excited for my bottles of Domain and Crescent.

 

You will not be disappointed by Crescent.

Still havent had the chance to try Domain. I’ll be up next Friday - hopefully they still have some left.

 

So it looks like they sold out of Domain to go and are only doing on-site consumption Wed and Sun. Obviously I’m going to ask when I get there but I’m bummed - really wanted to try this one.

At least they have 3 other bottles and 4 beers in can to go!

Damn this one sounds amazing. Might have to make another trip up this weekend.

 

It does! I might head up for my three just on the off chance I may be able to drink beer again at some point.
