The previous "For sale at Cantillon" thread was locked to make way for the yearly format of brewery threads.

Cantillon, also known as the Brussels Museum of the Gueuze, is the last Lambic brewery in Brussels. Please use this thread to discuss their beers and bottle availability at the brewery and to go.

""But where are we ?", you will ask yourself.
Well, you are in a family brewery where Lambic, Gueuze, Faro and Kriek are made and where nothing has changed since 1900 when it was founded. The Van Roy-Cantillon family welcomes you and invites you to discover a fabulous world. Beers, tools and brewing process are still the same as in the beginning."

For take out today are regulars, plus Gueuze mags, Fou and Brabantiae. 1pp. Also, to drink in is Camerise Lambic, which is about the most fruit forward Cantillon I’ve had, and is delicious.

Ha! Again, I will be there two days earlier as well. Looks like we have the same idea just two days apart.

If you promise to also show love for the staple gueuze, kriek and framboise, you may want to note that Fou, 50N and Brabantiae were also on the to-go board this morning, plus GCB.

I’m sorry, I’m not up to speed on the lingo, what is GCB?

Thanks. I should have figured that one out since it’s always there. The brain is not working today.

    Same as quoted, less CGB.

I’m crushing here in a SARA hoodie if you’d like to split a few

I’m going tomorrow the 23rd close to opening time if anyone is interested in splitting some bottles before lunch.

Well, I came a day too late it seems. I walked in this morning as they were taking 50N and Brabantiae off the to go board. They have the normal Gueuze, Kriek, and Rose to go as well as the Mangum Gueuze.
