La Goudale - this bière de garde in 500ml can, 7,2%. It’s going to be one and done for today again.

I’ve been following this British tv series on Netflix since its first season two years ago. Any fans?

[IMG] So I started on January 2, 2019 really working on dropping weight, I 220.6 pounds around 5 from my highest ever. I started working out on the treadmill and besides beer really watching my carb intake and this morning 194.6. I have decided this is my new life style so 5 or 6 mornings a week I get my 25 or 30 minutes in and I feel great. Body hurts a bit, but I feel really good at work after exercise. Cheers to the same in 2020.[IMG] @bowzer4birdie you agree?

Thank you, sir, for leading the way for us on this specific thread the last 13 days. A great way to begin the beer drinking day.

I couldn't see spending $10.99 on a bottle of 120 minute when I could grab this one at $3.49 per.

I'm back in school for a few weeks which means looong train rides everyday. So without further ado I'm bringing train beers back!

I have some grim news. I have been diagnosed with a disease that I have had my suspicions about for the last couple of months. I knew I should have seen a doctor when I first began noticing concerning symptoms, but my procrastination, busy work schedule, and my own denial prevented me from seeking medical treatment for this sooner. This disease in incurable, and at this point, there is little I can do to really improve my quality of life. This comes as a bit of a shock, even though the signs have become hard to ignore lately.

It's going to take me a while to process all of this, but I'm incredibly grateful for the suppprt of my loved ones, and the few friends I have who know about this recent diagnosis. My biggest hope is that those who know me simply continue to treat me as they always have, and don't let this diagnosis change they way they see me. I will be spending a lot of time with doctors in an attempt to find any way possible to improve my quality of life with this affliction, and I have some big plans to pursue, and hopefully tick some goals that I have, before this disease progresses to a point where it is no longer realistic to engage in such activities. I'm young and I'm determined, and I will do everything in my power to not let this get me down and change who I really am. Unfair things happen to everyone, from all walks of life, and at the end of the day, you have to just roll with the punches and make the best of the hand that you're dealt, and I intend to do just that. I know this is rather irrelevant for our little virtual taproom, but I just wanted to get this off my chest while it's still fresh.

I hope everyone enjoys their Monday, and that the rest of the week is smooth sailing.

    Cheers fellow BAs.

Wishing you the best @SierraNevallagash - take care of your health first, hard to do but make yourself a priority moving forward. Hopeful you can still hang here...it's helped me recently even though my consumption has been a lot less.

Won't speak for everyone, but I wish you luck in tackling the disease. Had some surprising health information hit me late last fall as well, and while rather minor (seemingly) compared to your news, it's no fun.
Get well, focus on those around you, and check in here when you need some beer-related ribbings or uplift. Cheers!

This is decent, but far from Tree House's best work. Maybe even a little disappointing considering how high a bar they've set. I'm thankful. Cheers!!!
