I thought I would start a new 2020 thread to report that Vitamin Sea will once again be expanding hours. From their FB post this morning:

I think I may actually make my first trip there this Thursday to grab a 4pack and perhaps a pour.

I also noticed near the end of the 2019 VS thread that there was some frustration about their (former) Saturday only hours. If it truly was capacity-related as they say above, they seem to be headed in the right direction. For people like me who generally are shuttling kids back and forth to activities all day Saturday, this gives me an opportunity to finally try a beer from one of the Massachusetts Mt. Rushmore breweries.

I really wanted to grab some of that Long Live collab but I was away all weekend and won't be able to get there on Thursday. Might have to through some trade bait out there...

Right? It is supposed to be hot fire.
Unfortunately, I am never out that way. I may have been able to swing it if it was at Long Live but...

This site is very slow to add new beers especially if they are from smaller breweries. Although the reviews here tend to be more accurate and descriptive, Untappd is far better for actually tracking beers.

I liked the pours I had In Worcester but Weymouth just sucks getting to. I dont understand why they would choose to open Friday and Thursday instead of Sunday because that’s the only day traffic south of Boston might actually be tolerable.

The fix burger bar had them on tap New Year’s Eve.

Damn! I have yet to try their stuff.
I was close over the summer. Mom and Pop's in Chatham had them on tap and the keg kicked the day before I got there for summer vacation.

Vitamin Sea made an Insta post about their upcoming 1 year anniversary. No details announced yet, just acknowledging that something is going to happen for it.

I look forward to seeing what they do and will hopefully make the trip out east to attend.

I made my first trip out there two weekends ago on Saturday. We were supposed to get some snow that night, and I think a lot of people may have been out of town for the long weekend, so the place was full but not crowded. I waited in line a total of 2 minutes to grab 2 four packs and two separate drafts. I consider myself lucky to have that be my first experience at the brewery.

As for what I thought of the product, I like the cans I got (Double Winter, a double IPA with Galaxy and Topaz hops), and I loved the drafts I got (Just Another T-Shirt Shop, an IPA with Galaxy and Citra, and Little Blue Cooler, an Imperial Stout with Cacao Nibs, Vanilla, and Blueberry). I'll definitely be heading back and recommend others try it too. While I do love my hops, I am very interested in seeing how they do other styles in future visits.

Are you on Facebook? There is a line update group similar to Treehouse. Can get updates on Saturday and prior releases.

Went last Saturday a little after noon. There was no can line and pour line was 15-20 mins. Weather was overcast with intermittent rain so outside seating was not an option therefore inside was pretty crowded. We enjoyed the visit and definitely intend to go back. Keep in mind how crowded it is is largely dictated on what the release is and weather. Cheers!

Do they have the Tree House buy singles/make mix packs? Or have to buy full 4 packs

For people familiar with going to the brewery, since they're having their 1 year anniversary party on Saturday, do you expect it to be super crowded? I've never been before, so I was curious if lines usually form outside before they open.

    Cheers!

There were already guys lined up at 7am for this. Im sure the beer theyre releasing today will be gone quickly even at 2 4 packs per person.
