Saturday stout additions! Tomorrow, from both @otherhalfnyc and @otherhalfroc We’re dropping two Imperial Stouts along with our can line-up. For sale at 10am from both locations. ⠀
    ------------⠀
    ⠀
Jam Don't Shake Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout(12.5%) with Cherries and Peanut Butter with @grimmales This stout was brewed with a bunch of cherries and then laid to rest in bourbon barrels. When we pulled it out the cherry flavor was super smooth. Conditioned on peanuts to give that PB & J character to the beer. $22 per bottle, 4 bottles per person.⠀
    ⠀
Full Split Imperial Banana Split Stout (14%) Made with Wild Thai Banana, Peanuts, Cacao Nibs, Pineapples, Strawberries, Maraschino Cherries, Vanilla and Milk Sugar. Just like a classic banana split sundae. $16 per bottle, 6 bottles per person.

Hope that bourbon barrel worked some miracles, because the regular version was pretty awful.

The Other Half version was only 12.5%? I thought the Grimm version was a lot better.

I liked both versions, but the Grimm was far superior...that salty hint in it (also in Sumi Babka) haunts me still. As such, I'll def grab a bottle this weekend and post a hot take on here.

Grimm makes things awful or works miracles?

It really, really does. Might as well just add a banana split into the fermenter.

All Cashmere is really good, it’s thinner than some of their other offerings for sure but does every beer need to be a smoothie?

It's worth noting that in comparison the barrel-aged peanut butter and jelly stout looks like the traditional brew. #2020H

I see that the term "stout" is very loose with the split. Wtf is that. Is 2020 the year of diabetus?
