Not much different than 2019. Excluding the obscene amount of alcohol, these stouts all sound like they would most appeal to the kids who wear t-shirts in the pool.

Hmm...special announcements? Are we getting some classics or classic collabs like last year’s pre-anniversary?

#staytuned today for special announcements for this weeks’ release coming later today.

Want to add my voice to the chorus of praise for Blue Chroma, that's some Simcoe at its finest right there. Anyone else didn't get cans, it's on draft finally in the taproom. Also had a sampler of baklava porter, which I haven't seen much discussion of- it's surprisingly drinkable and moderately sweet.

    Anyone try the smore's stout?

Ok, committed to the Barrel Aged JDS and I'm prepared to rate it a buy- IF you enjoy the peanut butter adjunct (I do). Very nutty up front, tart cherry barrel notes in the finish. I'm down on OH's pastry stouts normally but genuinely liked this.

We're turning six and turning to our recipe books and our #fanfam to celebrate! This Tuesday, 1/21 at 5pm, we'll re-release 2013's Nummy Nug Nug, the follow up to one of the beers that launched Other Half, as announced by ⠀
    @fantastic.beers here:⠀
    ⠀
Nummy Nug Nug was one of the first beers we ever tried to trade for...and we never got a can of it. Luckily, we got to try it on tap when we went to our first @otherhalfnyc release on February 25, 2017. Needless to say, we're pretty excited to finally get a can of this collab with @industrialartsbrewing A follow up to Nuggy Num Num, which was the beer that launched Other Half, Nummy Nug Nug is a perfectly balanced DIPA with just the right amount of bitterness. This imperial IPA is just as awesome as we remember, and we're super stoked that it's back! ⠀
    - - -⠀
Nummy Nug Nug Imperial IPA(8.3%) with our friends @industrialartsbrewing contains a bunch of wheat and spelt and was hopped with Mosaic, Vic Secret, Ahtanum and Nugget. This beer was the 2017 follow up to 2013's Nuggy Num Num IPA brewed when @industrialartsbrewing owner, Chief, was head brewer at Peekskill Brewing. $18 per 4 pack, 1 case per person.⠀
    ⠀
First of two releases on Tuesday, 1/21 at 5pm. Keep watching.⠀

I genuinely liked NNN more than 2nd Anni. Great beer.

Your 2nd anny wouldve been a year old at that point! But I preferred it to 3rd as well.

I also like the Tuesday drops for these collabs this time around...hope that sticks around for the next few weeks worth of drops leading up to the anniversary proper.

Hung out in NYC for the weekend, train leaves Penn Station this afternoon and got some time to kill. Any bars that have OH (or any other good stuff in general) on tap or any bottle shops that carry OH nearby Penn Station?

Haymaker has the best tap list in the immediate area. Often has cans to go, sometimes other half but I don't think they have any at the moment. Beer run a bit further also has a great tap list.

Haymaker has a good taplist and is a 3 minute walk from Penn station. I was just there Saturday, they didn’t have any OH on tap, but the list was solid otherwise.

Speaking of Haymaker on Saturday, there was a huge bang that rocked the entire building when I was there. The bartenders instructed everyone to get away from the glass and some woman came in from outside all traumatized. I left shortly after to catch the Knicks game but did anyone hear anything about that?
