Phase Three Brewing (2020)

I have loved every single Pressed, and now I'm bummed I didn't save a maple a little longer... I'd subscribe to a monthly Pressed package if he had it...

 

I had a draft pour of Pixel Density today, and that was a damn good beer. I missed a handful of P3 cans recently due to dialing back purchases, and that’s one that would’ve been good to have a few of.

 

He brought two magnums of it -- free pours!

 

Still about a case of the newest shake at Naperville Binny’s. Up front. Four or five cases of Unchecked Imagination in the back, by the glasses.

Apparently don’t expect a bigger taproom.

 

Someone here definitely has a witty contribution to the Daily Herald comments section...

 

“Nicer” means new paint and cushioned chairs. The TV already covers up half the wall. Smh

 

No members email to secure 4 packs...I wonder if there is no release this week.

 

Feel like that's a mistake to not make that space bigger. There are what, 5 or 6 tables and then seating along the wall that makes for good phone staring? It being solely a P3 space will get more people there than just selling a can release which has already been crowded on release days. Additionally it felt smaller than the space actually was which I guess you can fix that with some renovations but still you could double the size of that and have it still not be large enough.

 

Is there a realistic way to expand it? (Real question; my one visit to the brewery I parked in back and entered through the roll-up doors.) I think the planned satellite tap room closer to the city will ultimately be their focus for on-site dranks.

 

I haven't seen behind the proverbial curtain to know where or how they could expand the taproom but it's warehouse. I feel like there has to be some room back there.

Do you think that means the release in stores is 2/1 or 2/8?

 

2/8 I would think? This is the public release with the members being in March.
Either way no more Saturday hunts for this guy!

So is this one of the remaining LZ Brewing batches? It will be interesting to see how P3's stouts do without them.

 

I was hoping for an IPA release today!!! Still possible though!
