    If it's money in Uber fare the OP is looking to avoid, it's way easier to hop on the N-Judah from Powell and get off at Church & Duboce, from there it's like a 5 min walk. I've done it multiple times and it's quite pleasant.

    It was more of a time limitation for me as I had a work event in the evening at the CA Academy of Sciences at Golden Gate park. Ended up walking over to Bartlett for a couple of hours yesterday for happy hour. Some nice beers were had there.

    So you were the guy wearing shorts, I couldn’t cut it in cold weather. All kidding aside, glad you were able to enjoy what you could in the time you had. Now you have something else to look forward to the next time.
