I find it hard to believe that you can't tell whether the beer has lactose, but I also would be deathly afraid of being the next @frozyn.

Sam Adams Cherry Wheat was my guilty pleasure way back when. I just don't like adding all the artificial candy and cereal flavors.

Will wait for @NewmansOwn to post in order to abide by the (haze)pecking order of this forum. But just to note that the #famfam announcement for the latest post is none other than the Instagram guy I call “the shoe guy”

Another one for Saturday! Thanks to @theyoungcraftenthusiast for helping us announce this special beer.

    --
Boudin and Cracklin’, (8.5%) Our friends at Parish let us take a crack at this in BK. We love this beer and label and wanted to have it in house for our 6th Anniversary. OG copy from the @parishbrewingdrop: Our first collab is super fat and dank, but somehow calm, composed, & refreshing. Heavy doses of Nelson, Wai-iti, Waimea, & Pacific Jade in the dry hop shows nuanced flavors new to our noses. Crazy notes of tropical skittles, lemon lime pie, basil syrup, and pineapple. $20 per 4 pack, 1 case per person.
    --

I’m beyond humbled to be announcing the Brooklyn release of Boudin & Cracklin, a collab with @parishbrewing. I first visited Other Half in 2016 right when they were just taking flight. I had never seen so many people in line for a release and I personally witnessed the support that OH had of its community. Fast forward to today and they are easily one of the most recognizable breweries in the world. Being selected as #fanfam for 2020 is a privilege and it cements the love I have for this place. Thank you to the entire OH team, it’s been great to get to know all of you over the past few years. And to my guy @beerwithflavor thank you for embodying what craft beer is all about. The best is yet to come folks; just be ready to jump onboard when they take off next

I don't think the fanfam thing is a bad idea at all but I'm glad that this year OH put their own description of the beer before the fanfam's stupid emoticons and sappy praise. I think allowing contributions in the form of a photo is enough. We don't need to hear how that beer changed your life.

How many different instagram accounts are dedicated to pictures of beer cans and bottles? Strange days

All those accounts are just fronts for secondary retailers. OH loves them so of course they’re featuring them.

There's a whole bunch of people that are craft beer influe...ok I can't say it.

There's a whole bunch of people that could probably save themselves a lot of time if they just used untappd.

I mean while it’s not my thing personally, it’s unsurprising that people have Instagram accounts dedicated to it. I know bike guys that only have pics of bikes. Food guys that only have pics of food. Fashion guys that only have pics of fashun. Etc

While this is true for most of these posts the last week or so, its not all of them. Some are the collab brewery and some are just friends of people at OH who have a large presence/following on instagram but are far from mules.

Centre for sure. I had a powdered cheese last night and it was good but nothing to write home about, felt a little bit light to me. I did have it after a stout so YMMV but I really really liked Centre.

Centre is excellent for several reasons - one of which is that you can actually taste the correct spelling
