Would absolutely love having a fresh, well made west coast IPA regularly available, could rotate through different classic hop combinations like the other series you guys have.

I’m pretty damn excited. I’ll be stopping by the brewery at opening Sat before the Isles game.

Field Rotation was added to the website for Saturday...I hoarded this a few years back. An all time Grimm favorite. Can’t wait to stock up again!

Fuck to the yeah. I've always been more of a fan of your semi translucent offerings....and love all your your current series.

Though, the luxury sports car door series got a little too thick for me....

Another great batch of Tesseract! Nothing like rolling in and grabbing a great beer without having to sleep on Centre Street.

Grabbed some Tesseract to go with some more Lithos yesterday... so good... so dang good.

Also, love being able to walk into a quiet taproom on a Sunday afternoon and having nearly a dozen to go options of all different styles.

Fresh Magnetic Compass! This 6.4% IPA prominently features NZ Rakau hops, bringing a unique mix of candied orchard fruit, stone fruit, and tropical aromas with some light dank elements. Background notes of Citra, Mosaic, and Columbus, very hazy and juicy. This beer is exceptional for its mouthfeel drinkability - a NEIPA you will want to drink multiple pints of!

Moon Dreams is the sweet relief to a season of big, bold stouts. This oatmeal stout is all the roasted, toasted, warm you from the inside out dark malt flavor in a 5.7% light, dry, and highly crushable body. Aromas of fresh ground coffee, toasted rye bread, and molasses make way for crisp flavors of bittersweet baking chocolate with a lingering roasted bitterness in the finish. $17/4-pk.

If this was double the ABV and had chocolate & marshmallows, it would be awesome.

No seriously sounds like a great beer and change of pace......though maybe at more like $14/4 pack

If it was double the ABV with the additional adjuncts it would be bottles and $10+ per 500ml. not a knock at Grimm, just current pricing schemes for the industry in this area.

This was my favorite beer I’ve had in a while. Maybe there’s some palate fatigue from a lot of NE IPAs, but I thought Classic Rewind was super refreshing. My favorite part was the balance of flavor between the classic pine west coast flavor but with this green melon/vegetal kind of flavor and aroma going. Would love to see this back again soon, especially at that ABV as it’s the perfect balance without being too heavy or too light.

    Saturday's line-up, per the website:

    Tetraplex | Triple IPA | 10% | $22/4-pack

Tetraplex – the amped up Tesseract returns! At 10% abv, this triple IPA is deceptively easy drinking with even more hops and flavor than Tesseract. It’s bio-hopped and double dry-hopped with mosaic cryo and is exploding with flavors of pineapple, mango, gummy peach rings, mandarin oranges, and melon.

    Rhythm Force | Double IPA | 8% | $20/4-pack

Psychedelic euphoria of hops! Rhythm Force Double IPA is loaded with Citra, Columbus, and Amarillo hops and packs flavors of cotton candy, sherbet, melting popsicles, cannabis, ripe berries, and lemon verbena underpinned by a soft layer of velvety oats.

Boisen Rebus | Mixed Culture Sour Ale with Boysenberries | 6% | $12/500ml

Boy Zen Bear E! Boysen Rebus highlights the alchemy of fermentation. Its bright funky acidity focuses attention on the complex character of our house mixed-culture and old-world fermentation methods. We fermented this sour beer in our oak foeder and re-fermented it on boysenberries, a cross between a European raspberry and blackberry with deep flavor. We blended in a few of our most pungent and bretty aged hop barrels for additional satisfying funk.
