    Just finishing my first Hudson Valley “sour IPA” though it’s more sour than IPA. A very well put together beer despite some oddball aspects. Overall, I quite enjoyed my experience with Amulet.

    Imperial Berliner Weiss brewed with Coffee & Raspberries

    This one is interesting I honestly wasn't sure coffee would work in a sour but it came together a lot better than I thought it would.

    Being served with prosciutto mozzarella wraps and well as spicy peppers stuffed with prosciutto and provolone.
