No I'm mostly being snide, and to be honest, I haven't had recent cans because they haven't really been distributed. I think mostly recently I've only seen Double Something Azacca.

I mean sure, but at 145 the line still wrapped all the way up to garnet and was moving at a snails pace, theres no way that line should have lasted until 230ish. I got to OH at 12ish, and the line was totally insane, I hung with friends in the taproom until 230ish, and the line was still up smith past the dumpster when I went to finally go buy beer. There's gotta be a better way

Oh yeah, absolutely. Next anniversary they need to figure something else out, it's just going to become more of a shitshow if they stay the course.

I don't know what those lake ronkonkoma guys did or said but boycotting anyone that does business with them seems impossible. I just looked at their ig page and seems like they have all the beers.

Personally I really enjoyed the 5th and 6th I picked up, but wasn't blown away in the manner I was when 4th and 5th came out on their respective anniversaries. The fact they had enough to last through Monday even with a level 11 ELELL (Extinction Level Event Line Life), should have been WAY more over-communicated. There should have been multiple posts saying NO NEED TO FUCKING THINK ABOUT LINING UP IF ALL YOU WANT IS THE ANNI IPA - ROLL ON OVER TOMORROW OR MONDAY.

I think as far as OH hoppy stuff goes in general; they're as strong as ever. HDHC ACE was in my personal top three hoppy beers for 2019. I don't think there has been a dip in quality. The maybe-beer stuff is getting too much though.

And I don't like the unashamed play towards the money-above-all-else crowd. The LRB thing is definitely a super uncool move. I can't believe they are not aware of the R&B stuff (cough - even though I had forgotten the name of the store involved with all that). And encouraging a line like Saturday is totally out of order - for the residents but also from the standpoint of drink driving. They need to make a move to some sort of online ordering or something, for anything that's going to require a wristband

I am very happy with what OH has become for me; a place to go down on my lunch break during the week and pick up world-class DIPAs. Beyond that, I think everything else they do is solid to bad. But since I don't have to wait in line I am fairly content.

No, I think you look up the ratings and get confused by the numbers. It's ok though, I can help.

Anyone see Phoenix's acceptance speech? Think we can safely say he's with us on the Daydream treatment.

well I’m not a numbers guy so that makes sense.

I agree with the new guy. @RauchbierFan33 Nothing I’ve had from them has been mind blowing and that’s probably from palate fatigue but I still feel like their overall product is not as good. Batch 1 was def better for pretty much all their revisits. I couldn’t tell the diff between really any of the 8.5% non lactose collab a I’ve had recently (sans parish). The roc ipas have much more depth and dank flavor. The proof is in the pudding.

Sounds like you should be drinking their crunchee line of beers. For anyone who is confused by what I'm saying, back in North Dakota (where I'm from, and from where I recently moved) we like to stick to traditional British nomenclature out of respect for her majesty the queen. Pudding = dessert

Last night I split cans of 5th, 6th, and the triple ET released last week with my gf. The ET can was easily my favorite. Maybe next week they'll drink differently, but the ET beer was this good last weekend too.

Edit: My gf preferred 6th anni out of those so I could be off.

There’s a large contingent of brits in North Dakota? Because I didn’t need another reason to never go to ND...
