    4th anniversary on for growler fills. Just an fyi for anyone interested. Worth it if you didn't get to try it. Hard time saying it's 4.6 or whatever the untappd people rated it (I assume the time in line for those people or muling cost slightly inflated it but it's up there, probably just a bit short of ACE/SD unless you love triples above doubles).

    This beer was perfect when it was first released. Enigma was the new hop and OH had done a few beers with it that, in my opinion, had too much enigma. This beer was soft, creamy, and fruity with a surprise at the end that was just the perfect amount of Enigma. My hope a year ago was that fifth would be similar with a small nelson surprise at the end, but it didn't work quite as well.

    Frankly, I don't understand why this hasn't become a regular beer. It's incredible.

    My default would be to hold it in reserve behind the glass for any hype train creation purposes. But a quarterly release-ish of it would be nice.

    Thanks making more and more since now.
    I enjoy Sapwood. Both Snip Snap and Pillowfort are great. On the occasions I have been there they will fill pretty much anything you bring.

    Sapwood will be canning a lot more in the near future. They are barely over a year old.

    Big Other Half can drop at GTC today. I counted at least 8 different cans (i picked up 6 myself) and 2 different bottles. Big quantities and no limits.

    Sounds like they're doing construction now and aiming for a summer release. Also the Roberta's spot is going to be next door to them!

    saw Gorilla Biscuits on a boat in October that cruised around the Hudson Bay and it was the best show I’ve seen in years. They still sound awesome, have fun!

    I’ll be at OH this Saturday around 1130-12 if anyone plans to be there. I’ll only have time for 1 pour but I’ll be around for a bit.

    I was there, it was fucking awesome. Actually thought I was gonna pass out in the pit at one point.

    I was right behind the net last night. I hate Barclays but the atmosphere last night was pretty awesome. Always a great day when they beat the Flyers. Also, Casey is out for 3-4 weeks. Brutal.

    I stopped at St Gambrinus before the game and had 2 glasses of Carton Regular Coffee. Such a fantastic beer and definitely doesn’t drink like a 12%er.

    I’m drinking the one can of 5th anni I have and my initial impression is....*drumroll*....meh.

    It is decidedly not as good as most of their regular offerings.
