I meant to comment on this more but forgot. It sounds like the guy needs to upgrade his system? How is that going to work if there is reg. demand + special events attendance and not enough beer. I just want more of that porter, it was brewed with cardamom pods and pumpkin seeds.

Oh, great, another animal reference in a brewery's name in New Jersey. (Must be a reaction to being the state with the greatest population density?).

We've already got Bull, Buck, Cricket, Flounder, Flying Fish, Fox, Hawk, Little Dog, Eagle, Lion, Mud Hen, Oyster, Crow, Elephant, River Horse... (even a Human - that counts, right ) but this one might go even further:
Craft brewery coming to Maple Shade
Looks like they're running late, too.

I think it's just a universal thing with breweries. Even in PA, there's:
Horse, Bear, Birds, Hawk, Eagle, Dog, Bullfrog, Turtle, Mink, Goat, Lion, Duck, Pig, Beaver, Fox, Lizard, Turkey

    And coming soon:
Wolf, Squirrel, Fish, Bat, Hare, Cat, Jackass

Maybe Dr. Brewlittle should open a second spot on this side of the river

Ashton Brewing is taking over the old Demented brewery in Middlesex, NJ. They gave the taproom an overhaul and just installed their brewhouse last week. Shooting for a March opening.

Any idea of the other names they were considering before they decided that was the best name for their Brewery?

Can confirm that Ministry is open. Looks gorgeous from their website and Facebook posts. Friends all give two thumbs up. Old converted church and preservation was paramount. Achilles heel is the lack of parking close by but valet parking may be coming soon. Will add a review next time we get up to the city.

1623 Brewing Co opened today in Eldersburg MD. Their previous offerings were contract brewed. With a couple of good farm breweries in the area (Milk House, Frey's), not to mention all the spots in Frederick, this part of the State has become a destination for beer enthusiasts.

Was curious if there was a story behind the name. Turns out there are two other breweries that share this name. Jackass Hill brewery in Colorado and Jackass Brewing in Canada. There's jackasses everywhere!

Looks like Bye-I in Cohoes is just waiting on a final state approval and they'll be opening doors. Could be any day now from the looks of it.

Don't forget Black **** Brewery... I think two different companies are actually using that name.

New place opened out in the middle of nowhere.

High Burl Brewery is a farm brewery in Burlington Flats, NY, about 20 minutes west of Cooperstown. During the summer when it's nice out and those country roads aren't trash you could make a loop of that, Ommegang, Red Shed, Butternuts and Willow Creek.

Animated Brewing in Valley Township Chester County, PA is brewing beer. I think they plan to be open by mid to late March.

Trouble's End announced their Grand Opening for March 5th, but...………………………….none of their beers will be pouring, guest taps only.

    Really?

    https://www.inquirer.com/food/troub...pistolas-kris-serviss-blue-duck-20200228.html

Troubles End has a whopping 28 taps — 20 for beer, six for wines, and two for cocktails. Dave Bellenzeni said it will open with five of its own beers and 15 guest taps. The idea is to do a 50-50 mix.
