Have you been? I hadn't heard about this.

Also, is it possible Dark Milds are having a moment?:grinning:

I visited Longcross last weekend for a quick mid-afternoon visit. The beer list and space are almost a carbon copy of Olde Magouns (with more windows). Seems like there is plenty of parking. They have three handpumps, which is fantastic. Unfortunately the casks had all kicked when I visited. (Good sign, I guess?) The bars staff seemed to be working out the kinks as far as service, but I'm sure they'll figure that out. I didn't try the food. The location is very close to the Wellington stop on the Orange line and about a 20min walk to the Night Shift/Bone Up neighborhood. (and the walk is much more pleasant now that the bridge construction is finished.)

CBC opens up for takeout starting tomorrow including their regular menu, produce boxes, cans, bottles and growlers! Sign me up for a growler of Blunderbuss! bit.ly/OrderCBCTakeout

I mean, I imagine they need to move some product, but the prices on beer is really really good for you guys.

Where are the cans brewed these days? Love Flower Child, but it’s been a minute.

Maybe it’s the cure to COVID-19?

I want to say they have always brewed that at Wachusett, but I don’t really remember. And I think last year’s canned 16 oz NEIPAs were brewed at Wormtown. I think.

I went back and looked at my photos. On the day after the 2018 CBC Barleywine fest, they had 64oz growlers of Blunderbuss in the cooler ready to go for $50. Now they're $28 delivered to my house. Times have changed!

Went today and got my buffalo tenders (best around) and a growler of Proper Kolsch. Beer definitely matched the name, perfect pairing with the tenders. And only $12!

Agreed. CBC Buffalo tenders are better than many places specializing in Buffalo Tenders.

Something about brewpubs. Portsmouth Brewery is a close #2 on the buffalo tender front. Buff’s in Newton at #3 I think.

Non-brewpub edition - the buffalo chicken tender sub at Ma Magoo's in Fresh Pond is so good (and probably has taken years off my life).
