Looks like actual pastries at the event. They sound more appealing than the beer honestly. Also they probably pair better than most snacks would. However, now when you find someone passed out on the bathroom floor it's even odds whether it's a diabetic coma or severe alcohol intoxication. (Insert WHY NOT BOTH? .gif)

They should just give us the base stout, I like that part... Well enjoy, can't wait for Space Diamonds when all this is done.

Yeah, last year there were tons of snacks including Milk Bar, Ample Hills, and others. I'd never go to a snack convention though because it's too unhealthy.

The Supermoon Bakehouse donuts were delicious last year.

Incredible wisdom from you and FLO. Thank you for reminding me that I've lost perspective and my subjective opinion is invalid. We are truly blessed in our proximity to the Holy Land.

"Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts."

    Praise be.

I really want a single bottle of Sunday Crunch but it doesnt seem worth it dealing with evening traffic to Brooklyn and the line im assuming this is gonna draw.

any chance that bottle lasts, or are the big stouts gonna draw a crowd thatll just max out on everything?

And this is why collabs work (on myself included)!

As per Kane collabs, Exhibit A: Waffling

Yea, and while I don’t agree with their pricing either, BC variants are 1000x better than any stout I’ve had from OH.

The Bramble, Orange, and Cherry variants are garbage.

Kane has had a fairly decent track record with collabs. Waffling was a swing and a miss..

But their stuff with NJ breweries has largely been good, and iirc a bird to explore all shores with Horus was regarded well.

Yea but that’s only 3 of how many variants they’ve produced over the years? I agree that recent variants have not been good (outside of Wheatwine) but the % of very good to great stouts OH has produced (based on total number of stouts they have released) is much lower. Most of them are sugary messes. I get some people like to drink sugar cubes and molasses but it’s garbage IMO.

I'm not a fan of OHs stouts either but I also don't like BCBS and its variants so they are equal.

If we’re talking all time then yeah BCBS hands down. If we’re talking this year then frankly don’t care too much for either. Got cafe de olla and thought it was a complete waste of money

oof Waffling was all over, I don't know what the deal with it was, almost like a nut brown ale.

Bird was pretty good IMO but I know it fell short of the hype for some people I talked to. I'd hope the base Sunday Brunch recipe is what was used here with OH adding in the extra adjuncts
