This whole having to work thing is really interfering with my beer buying...

I mean seriously, huge The Bruery, Russian River and Cantillon shipment, coupled with Zwanze Day, Abyss hitting this week, Bligh's on the 11th, Wynkoop Parade of Darks, Prost Doppelbock this Saturday at 2... bout as crazy as it gets. It's only Thursday and I'm out of beer money.

Leaving for WI today, just missing the cantillon drop. I'm bringing back a bunch of Cantillon though, anyone that is willing and able to get a Fou Foune for me I will make it worth your while with other loons, New Glarus, BCBS, etc

    23? Wow. That's going to be pricey...the 20 cost me almost $100. 23 is in the $200s...

Not sure on FoCo. Anyone know if the arg got their allocation yet?

I learned a long time ago that beer budget technically falls under food budget as well. Congratulations, you just found more beer money.

I actually called to see since its on my way home. Guy in the beer department said tomorrow but only twelve bottles and the employees had spoken for a majority if them. He said possibly two bottles would be on the shelf. Good luck!

It's a shame really, and so not cool.

Hmmm...maybe a few of us should show up at Lukas tomorrow with brass knuckles. I'll wear my steel toes.

What time do you think you need to be at Lukas?

Once someone answer's this question there will be about 20 people that show up 5-min prior, not sure it's even worth the craziness. But from what I've heard they've only had a line for like 1-2 releases before, one of those was the '09 BCBS/Bligh's attic release and there was only 12 people in line 15-minutes prior and nearly everybody got one. But that was non-hyped or publicized on BA (and no truck stalkers)... I'd say at least 30-minutes or so, so like 3:30?

I was lucky enough to get some, with much time spent, and this is the first time i have ever been able to find any in a few years of trying. I just want a fou foune. I'm not following around trucks. Just want to find one bottle. I dont think that is out of line.

It's not at all out of line, I'd guess there won't be many people in line at Lukas (some of us have regular jobs) so if you show up at 3:55 you'll probably still get a Fou Foune. I'd bet there will be Fou Foune available at Zwanze day as well.

Not at all. Just wondering if people were actually following around trucks, because that's high comedy if true!

Happens all the time w/ rare releases. Same thing happening on east coast with boxes of Westy12, people get greedy.
