Well it says until further notice. A month from now they could decide to have it back on the original date. This just gives them flexibility and sets expectations.

 

Even the Dark Lord himself isn't immune to Coronavirus.

 

Have you considered that maybe The Dark Lord and the coronavirus are one in the same?

Right?! How can you not notice Hammer Smashed Face being played in kid's comedy movie. Apparently Jim is a big fan. He's the one who got them in the movie. I recall this from an interview or article from a long time ago.

 

Kids comedy movie?! I never thought of it that way. Carrey's overacting notwithstanding. Thats like saying Grosse Point Blank is a kids movie because all of the screamy acting.

The next question, assuming that fff are not able to hold the fest by summer, would they distribute Dark Lord? Would they sell the variants at the kiosk?

Also, how much ass does this suck for the people that purchased three night stays in a beautiful Munster hotel and now potentially have to cancel.

 

Pretty sure that would have to go through the label approval process to distribute. But I could be totally wrong.

The hotel situation could end up sucking for those people.

 

I heard Dark Lord Day is changing to a livestream format.

You will be able to watch all the bands perform in a torrential downpour and tornadoes in the background. You will be able to wait in a virtual queue to get a variant pour only to have it tap out right before getting to the front of line. There will also be a virtual allotment pickup portion where you are given a virtual tote bag and you get to see what variant you got.

For added authenticity, there is a chance you will be selected to black out and have your allotment stolen, or it will simulate you dropping your tote bag and having your variant break (the regulars will be fine).

There will also be a virtual auction house with people offering money for your variant.

Due to the event being virtual the tickets will be discounted down to $170.

 

It’s not Dark Lord day unless there’s some serious vomiting and at least one woman squatting by a fence. How will the virtual experience replicate this?
