Thanks @azuelke for letting me know about this thread and thanks @Dragginballs76 for starting it!

Invasive Species new beer released today “to go” only...from the Crowler pours a hazy, golden, yellow/amber with pillowy white head. Smells of tropical fruit salad. Taste is bitter pineapple, cantaloupe, lemon/lime and coconut. Love the Sabro addition here. Bitter, juicy, a bit dank.

    4.5/5

Fish n Chips also “to go”...supporting my favorite local places tonight.

    Cheers!

We're just warming up for the next BIF round! Wouldn't want us to get rusty with inactivity, right?

That beer looks great, Jared...but damn your fish n chips! Now I know what I’m going to get tomorrow. Also supporting my local fish place that I don’t want to see go under.

    Hello New Beer Thursday!!!

Wow! Thanks for the awesome @Dragginballs76 for coming up with this idea. I'm not on untapped, but I really like this.

Whit the insanity with the Tsingtao virus going on, I really need it.

I own and operate a restaurant, and the past few days have been beyond brutal for me. Business is down by 70-80%, because people are scared, and we've been ordered to not allow dine in by the Governor. I hope this ends real soon, or I'm going to be up shit creek without a paddle. Please, if you can, support your small restaurants in this time of need, we really need you now more than ever.

Speaking of helping small, local business, here's my NBT brew from my local small brewery:

From Pantown Brewing in St. Cloud, Minnesota - Exile Saison. Clocks in at 6.8% ABV.

I've heard untapped has limited review space. My review is going to be longer than that, so I hope I'm within boundaries here. Hopefully this thread is like the Perrin Brew - No Rules! If not, please forgive me.

Pours a clear Amber color. 3 finger off white head, slightly red. The retention is ok. Minimal lacing on the glass.
The nose is very malty, and smells like bread. Slight sweetness to the aroma. Faint floral notes to this as well.
Taste - Malty, though that kicks in more on the backside. Definitely a bit of a biscuit taste. Slight sweetness up front. The backside also gets that hint of a floral flavor.
The malts, are acting like hops with this beer - they're lingering in my throat. Very unusual, but it feels good.
Very pleased with this offering from Pantown. Quite delicious.

Might be it, because I have to go to work to lose more money tomorrow, just to hope to hang on. This classic music video is fitting tonight.

The can art is wild. What kind of crazy person created this? Once poured, the beer looks stellar. Smell is melon and orange. Taste is melon-heavy, with sweet orange, sweet vanilla?, and cotton candy. Full bodied. On the whole it’s a tad too sweet, but digging it otherwise.

Liked out of support. Not the message. I just work(ed) at one and feel for you, brother. Good luck, at least we have our health.

If Mangini is going to play cymbals that high, all the blood will drain out of his hands!

Next up a colab from Evil Twin/Poppels Swedish Fika Biscotti Break
I had to google Fika to see what it was was, seems it's primarily a coffee break with a baked good shared with friends. It's more about the taking time to share, to step back and just take a break with friends. Feels appropriate for tonight.[IMG]
Dark pour, definitely getting a non sweet bready/cookie aspect, coffee, nice body, smooth. 4.25/5

Splitting this one with the lad. Outstanding! Great barrel notes and the adjuncts are all there independently. Best BIBCO stout to date IMO. Cheers![IMG]

In before this thread gets reported and deleted! :kissing_heart::poop:

Lager + coffee. Two of my favorite things in Luna Jo (Cold Brew Coffee Lager) from Deschutes + Riff Cold Brewed Coffee. Crisp, creamy, roasty, tons of coffee, chocolate, bready, and bitter with a dry finish and coffee linger.

Maybe I'll get my badge next Thursday.
