Trade Value Thread (2020)

It's an event only bottle for their tampa bay beer week event. Ticket was 300 bucks and came with a set of 6 bottles (including DB RR) and free pours. I believe there was 400 to 600 tickets, I'd have to go back and check. You got entered into a drawing for a double allotment as well, not sure how many of those there were.

DB RR is consistently been moving 275-300 value wise

 

I think you're spot on DB BCBS is being lumped in as one of those new whales almost at Maman level now by the looks of it. Westly I believe is produced annually now and Sante pumps out West Ashley more than they used to. Only prob now for you is...... you guessed it Covid-19 and I heard your chances of getting Coronavirus hovering around the Santa Cruz area is 1:1 with your chances of getting a contact high at the new Ziggy Marley concert (whenever concerts start up again)

 

Westly should be close to 1:1 with DB BCBS. West Ashley isn't super crazy in value so a solid plus will net that

 

Looking for a Suarez Summer Whoa but not sure what it’s going for. Would a bottle logic trade 1:1 for this? Thanks

 

Is Suarez gaining trade hype? I hope not. I've always done $4$ but then again have not traded for it in some time

 

I wouldn't say it's gaining "trade hype" in the way that big stouts or rare lambic does. The cohort of people seeking Suarez from around the country isn't huge, but the people who do trade for it really like Suarez (understandably) and probably "overtrade" a little (relative to other, similarly available stuff), if that makes sense.

You have beers that could land a ddg 2013, but if someone has been holding onto a bottle for 7 years at this point, think you will need to go above the trade value of the beer. May help to offer an actual ratio in the post as well.

 

one issue I’m seeing: At least 4-5 beers on your list, are very likely to be owned by someone holding a ddg ‘13. Try using some more non SoCal ammo.

Maybe the right set of eyes but lots of people don’t value that ba indulgence that high even though it’s probably a great stout ( reg was amazing imo and I can’t wait to open ba version). I just made a trade for bbt3 and the guy didn’t want my ba indulgence. Ended up trading nillerzzzzz b2+ barrel slayer+ Vega 8th state for BBt3. Probably over paid imo with the Vega but I guess that’s the price for trading up especially for a bbt3.

So I remember a while back when it was first released that someone on here reported their Maltvin going 1:1 for a KH. Do we still live in a world where this will happen? I'm guessing not.

I traded a Maltvin plus a small Jackie O's extra for the below. I wasn't getting a lot of hits on it for my ISO. If KH is King Henry that'd definitely need a double anchor.

Saw Sulla+KH+Blue Ridge+maltvin close a BBT b3 on FB. Maybe a one off.

Most FT BBT b3 posts I see are for BTAC and I haven't seen one close since it was being pretraded.

 

If I wanted to trade a bottle of Equilibrium=Mostra Coffee Cuvee for a bottle of Gift of Death, would I need to put something extra up on my end or could I do a 1:1 trade for it?

 

Where on Facebook are you seeing these trades? I signed up for Facebook just to look at trade value. I think I have been blocked from STL Craft burrito since I have requested entry multiple times without success and now can't even search for them

 

just get into SBVG. It’s a group that keeps tab on the value of beers

 

Note that nearly all of those valuations are based on Razzles and BIN’s.
