Nice meeting all fellow BAs at session A. SitR with kumquats was amazing. Hop oil was great. Really surprised by Old _______, the Barleywine.

Have you considered that maybe your palate was smashed after drinking a lot of beer? You may want to make sure you've had it on a fresh palate.

By far my favorite "new" beer of the event. It was like funky kumquat juice. Delicious.

It was among the first beers I had that day, and pretty much everyone agreed with me. Plus my palate never got smashed, I probably had like a total of 40 ounces of beer. That's just not enough to get fatigue over 3 hours.

about 2 more taster tickets would have been perfect, but other than running out of tickets with about 30 minutes left it was a great time.

I ran out like an hour early, but bummed a few off of people who weren't going to finish. That plus a free pour of BT got me to like 15 tasters, which I think is more the "right" number for something like this.

Your friends and you have interesting palates then. Let's just say your description is by far the most flowery rose hued one I have heard on several levels of magnitude.

I feel like MF is quite a divisive beer. I really didn't like it all. Tasted my vinegar mixed with paint thinner. Others have disagreed with my description, each is own.

I could see my opinion being colored by the fact that the pour I got was the dregs of two different bottles, but I've never noticed dregs tasting really different from the beer before.

I had a great time, but I needed more taster tickets. That is all.
