    Opening a beer relatively early than when I usually do. I landed on this here 2016 Mikerphone Brewing Techno Gorilla. I definitely taste the molasses and cinnamon. And there's also a chocolate milk coating/taste. @vabeerguy While I drink this, I'm going to make Au Gratin Potatoes with spicy Italian sausage.

    Well, wanted to step it up and wasn’t sure something new, or something old. So why not both?

    I licked a drop of the Aslin barleywine, Rich Girl, and it was sweet and slightly smoky. Huh?!? So of course it has maple, bacon, and cayenne pepper added, because why make a regular version of a style? :rolling_eyes:



    Watching Se7en since it’s been a while and the draft is kinda boring even when there are actual sports on other channels to flip to.

    That's cool.

    Mrs. BG and I toured a Russian attack sub in Seattle in 2003. And then there was the great time I had with Mrs. BG, my mom and dad (who lived in Rockport, TX at the time) of the second USS Lexington (CV-16) in Corpus Christi. My dad served on the USS DeHaven (USS 727) in the Pacific during WWII.

    What I really want to do is visit the USS Laffey (a Sumner class destroyer - same as the USS DeHaven) which is the only surviving example (as far as I know). I would love to tour the type of ship my father did. USS Laffey is on display at Mt Pleasant, SC. Someday soon...

    Thank you again @tasterschoice62 this is still beyond excellent. I'll fill my cooler packs when we're up in NH later this year. Hope everyone is kicking ass and doing well. Working all 3 days this weekend as it's the last one to sell hardware to the US Government. Watching Shrek, cause the wife can't remember seeing this one before.....pick your battles you wise men!
