I had more love for the 93 Phillies then the world champs of recent times. We could have had more then one Superbowl in the last few years. If McNabb wasn't a drunk and overdid it the night before.

Far be it for me to criticize someone for drinking too much. I can only imagine the daily beer consumption of that 1980 championship team. Luzinski for mayor.

All the old teams that won did it in rare form. All night drinking..cocaine. No performance enhancing drugs, steroids. If you were the best you just won.

Well damn, it only took a trip into Nebraska to find a New England IPA worth drinking. I think this was a one-time drop though. AND I only bought ONE can. Guess you never know.

This one really scratched an itch. Damn it I wish we got stuff like this here on a regular basis. It seems to do the trick. Very nice work here. Canned 2/16/20 and palatable fading but even so it's just solid. I crave the juice!

    My problem is like...

It's like when you want a taco, and no one makes tacos here, so you settle on a burger. "Just like tacos!" the sign says. You fall for it again and again, thinking it will be just like that taco. But it doesn't work. You still want a taco. And people are like, "but man that burger is just like a taco!! You should appreciate it! It's all we got!" And you're like no, man, it's not a taco, it's a burger.

Final beer of the night before bed, along with a too-late dinner for late night munchies.

Ok, I'm going to post here all 3 tonight. Normally do it as I go.
It's been a rough day for me. Work is getting better, but, I'm just about to lose it about my niece. She is an amazing woman. She is such an amazing artist. She is an amazing musician. She is an amazing marksman, and can shoot bullseyes after bullseyes. I found out today, thanks to the bullshit, that she's done with school. Her graduation is likely off. Her graduation party is likely off, along with her 18th birthday party the same day.
I've known her since day 1, and my old heart is broken for her.

So beer after beer for my amazing niece. Can't wait to take her shooting with her great grandfather's, and her poppop's guns again.
These beers are all are from @thisischuck01 .

Good evening, LNBAs (yeah, it's only 9:22 here; I'm being inclusive to all y'all drinking back east).

Off work, had a Bahn Mi Pizza from Iron Goat with an IPA from Bale Breaker. Now I'm having a Peche 'n Brett from Logsdon and it is outstanding. My first from them since they've jumped across the Columbia from their former location.

The move to Washington has seemingly done them no harm (or the changes in ownership and brewers; they're practically a new brewery, really).
Trying to wrap my head around the Seahawks drafting a LB with their first pick. That's not an area that needs upgrading, unless the guy is one helluva pass rusher.

Wisconsin is the king of cheap beer (at least in my limited knowledge). A guy can go to Woodman's and get a 24 pack of 5.9% Kul Ice Lager for $4.99. It tastes like crap, but would probably make you forget what happened at the factory that day. But wait - if you like IPA, just spend $2 more and you'll upgrade that 24 pack to a butter-flavored hoppy Minhas IPA.

4 pack talls of some of those light beers are $1.49 each. I couldn't believe it first time I saw it!

There’s a sucker born every minute, right? I generally fall for gimmicks. At at $2 a can, I decided to give it a go. Not a fan:

Holy smokes what a beer. I don't get the 87 overall score. It's at least a 90 IMO.

It's not the most approachable beer, with the tongue-scrubbing hops, but you gotta appreciate the grandiosity of it. It's just massive.

Definitely a top notch beer, they've definitely improved it over the years. Before it was a bit too hot when fresh. This years batch was great right off the bat.

This guy’s been sitting downstairs for awhile. Bottled 6/8/15, still has nice carb. Has a raisiny licorice chocolate to it and still a little barrel. This drinks pretty thick for a beer that’s barely 7%. Pretty good.

The best song no ones heard. Z-trip sampling The Scorpions and Chuck D going scorched Earth.
