I didn't think it was too much coconut as much as it was just too sticky sweet...way out of balance compared to some of the other CSVs.

I’m glad they got it worked out so it says Coming Soon now so they won’t get the same question dozens of times

Haha realistically it is already sold out. Before the post even hits instagram tomorrow (or whenever they do it) there will be none left.

    31. I accidentally bought a bottle that said NO PROXIES but I live out of state. Can I change my order to have someone pick it up for me?

We ended up playing with the ratio of raw/toasted for b3 and we feel like its better beer than b2. b2 was a little heavy handed, even for us! We used right at 96% the amount of coconut we used in b2, but just a different ratio for this one .

Out of curiosity, how does the flavor get impacted by using raw vs toasted coconut?

So I take it the BA CSV went for sale already, since it’s off the shop page?

BACSV hasnt been posted yet. Tim is helping me refine our online stuff daily. We were working on the "coming soon" and Proxy/No Proxy idea, wasnt really supposed to be seen yet . Dont want anyone sitting around refreshing thinking that we are releasing it today or tomorrow.

The raw gives us the oils and fats that I like for the mouthfeel and fullness. Its the authentic coconut taste thats hard to replicate. The toasted, its great for aromatics and sweetness (toasted coconut is sprayed with a sugar solution pre-toasting to get that caramelization). However, too much toasted and it gets sugary/cloyingly sweet.
