Hi, I recently bought some aged beers - 2010's St Bernardus, North Coast Old Stock, Great Divide Barlywine and 2000's Gale's Conquest. Wondering what conditions are best to drink them. They're all in the fridge for now, but I think some or all would be better near room temperature. Any advice is appreciated.

    Thanks!

I like most aged beers in the 45-55 degree range. But that's probably just me being douchey.

Near room temp seems a bit too warm, IMO. I would take a beer out of the fridge 30-60 minutes before you intend to drink it. Bigger issue seems how to store the beers. Unless you have a dedicated fridge, just put them in the coolest and darkest place in your house.

    My two cents.

Sorry for the Belgian character of my reply.
I would not store/age beers for a long time in a fridge since a fridge is not ideal in relation to humidity.
    As for drinking temperature, 12° C (55 F) is the absolute minimum. I would even recommend 15-16° C (59-60 F). Don't forget that in 19th century Europe 'room temperature' meant 60 F.
And as suggested above by Brugesman, taking the beer out of the fridge 30-60 minutes is a very good idea. Also bear in mind that pooring a beer into a 'modern times room temperature' glass will result in a raise of +1° C of the beer.
