Sorry folks, it is laced with that after taste of notebook paper, like when you were caught with a note in class and you ate the thing and took the lunch detention.

 

I don't think the intention is to encourage walk up sales but I think they don't want to deny a sale. Fwiw this guy didn't look like a regular. No idea who is new in town these days but who am I to judge.
That said I agree they should probably heavily discourage it. And I'm the one buying single four packs so if I can manage to follow the rules anyone can.

 

second the aftertaste note but it’s subtle and hopefully will go away as it settles down a bit, cause up front this is pretty tasty.

 

Makes sense. I may actually be back in Brooklyn this weekend for the first time in like 6 or 7 weeks, might have to try this curbside pick up if they have anything worth while left.

 

Now the retail site (square storefront) appears to combine delivery and pickup into one web form and the delivery minimum is $30. If true that's huge change from 1 case minimum.

Edit: this appear to be a local delivery only option!

seems that there is still 1 more unannounced beer this week, perhaps one of those "Freaky Friday" releases? Or does anyone have a keg email?

I'm holding off on ordering my case until the 6th beer is announced...

I havent gotten a keg email in weeks, seems like they stopped sending them during the change in business

 

The beer is not being kegged right now. Going right into cans.

No bars or taprooms to send the kegs to.

Pink + White (White Version) Imperial Sangria Style Sour IPA (8.0%) with our Pomona, CA friends, is brewed with Muscat and Sauvignon Blanc grape juice, peaches, orange zest and just a hint of milk sugar for smoothness. Hopped with Citra, Belma and a hint of Sabro. ⁠

Lace in Space has decent (but small #) of reviews on Untapp'd. Looks like that's my only choice for a double IPA without lactose this week...

Pretty sure I essentially just got the last "Laced in Space". I went to order more as a test to checkout an issue and got an error saying there were only 3, 4-packs left.

having said that, what the issue above is that I ordered delivery and I forgot to tip because the checkout flow interface is a bit odd and the drop down for tip is not near anything....ugh!

so now I feel like an asshole...I will lose sleep over this!

I was looking at the few reviews (with a grain of salt of course) on untapped before. The pink one has 2 reviews both below 4 and the white seems to hover around 4

 

using the conversion formula to actual useful scores that means we’re talking about a 2.7 and a 3.3

 

sounds about right lol
