Thickest beer I can recall having. I really liked it though it’s certainly sweeter than the other Pressed releases. I sat with it longer than normal since it was so decadent.

Sweeter than past releases? Oy, I may be passing on this one then.

Maybe the sweetest beer I've ever had. It's like sugar syrup.

It tastes incredible. If you want coffee and toffee you've come to the right place. But it is just a sugar bomb. One person def should not try to take down the entire can.

I would argue that past Pressed releases are already as sweet as DL. Beers in general have just swayed so much toward the sweet end of the spectrum that we’ve become more accustomed to it.

Per Shaun's instagram, the first BA stout from Phase Three is being blended now!

Pressed Toffee is not that sweet to me. I've had sweeter stouts. I actually get roasted coffee upfront with the toffee on the back. And while it's sweet, cause ya know it's toffee, it's not some overpowering syrup bomb like described above. I drank a can with no issue last night.

I ended up buying one 2-pack, because I do enjoy the Pressed series overall. I have a good feeling that will be plenty for me. Even if it’s not the sweetest beer I’ve ever had, it’s already a sweet series. Adding more sugar to a lactose beer definitely has to make it even sweeter.

I'm guessing there is some variation with the cans of Toffee. I'm seeing great reviews but the can I opened the other day was rough. I may have gotten a dregs fill or something because it poured layered like it was on nitro. Standard pour not aggressive. I could see the sugar particles. The top foam grew for days and once it dissipated my glass was stained with a thick film. It was murky brown, similar to some Hubbards Cave pastries. Thickest beer I've ever had, though the texture was slimy/gooey which was offputting. It tasted like straight melted toffee with some waves of coffee here and there. Granted, I'm not a huge fan of toffee, I've loved the Pressed series thus far and hoped it would be more balanced. I could only get through a few ounces. Buddy of mine had a similar experience. Hoping another can will be better.

On another note, this batch of Creme is very tasty.

Dang, sometimes it doesn't pay to be known at Binnys. Was sitting this release out, but went in to grab a decent lager since I'm out of anything light, the Binnys rep recognizes me and is like, "Hey! You're a P3 fan, right? They came in early!" Jesus...And here we go for another Pressed release...

You have the option to say no. It’s ok to turn the Binnys employees down.
