    They are vicious and will attack and kill other young birds just for the hell of it...saw it happen outside my dorm window at Fort Ritchie in Cascade, MD back in the day...a horrible racket and sight...

    [​IMG] Poured into a 13 oz Teku glass canned on 5/12/20. Pours a very hazy and attractive yellow with a solid finger sticky white head that leaves a bunch of webby lace as it slowly settles. 4.75

    Smell is guava, blueberry, tangerine, pineapple, and apricot really nice! 4.5

    Taste guava, blueberry, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, and some white grapefruit in the bold but balanced finish. 4.5

    Mouthfeel is rather big, soft gentle carbonation, a tad sticky not dry, and at 8.4% really drinkable, but sneaks up on you. 4.75

    Overall this is another excellent NEDIPA from Saco. This place is blowing me away. Two weeks ago I knew nothing about them and now I keep looking for the next release. Excellent stuff. 4.5

    I’m from north jersey originally. I still think the pizza in South NJ is different than up north. Was CT the best in the world ? Most likely not. I still have a favorite spot in all of jersey.

    Implausible Nuts from Prairie, in collaboration with Gold Star Beer Counter. One of my favorite local spots (~30 minute walk) Gold Star made a collab stout with Prairie earlier this year - enjoyed it on release back in early March, bought two bottles figured why not have one now. Incredibly rich, decadent, better than I remembered - excited to see how the second bottle evolves. Cheers!
