15 most underrated beers

    I was surprised by how unimpressed I was by it. And no, I wasn't expecting the heavens to open up and the angels to start singing upon first trying it. But after having it a few times it just gave me the impression that it was a pretty good beer but nothing more than that.

    If I drank it in a blind taste test of 25 similar beers I'm not sure it would even make the top ten. No disrespect meant to the brewers at The Alchemist, I guess Heady is just not to my taste.

    Why don't you try that. You might be surprised. I know the couple of blind tests I've tried have had at least 1 unexpected placement each time. (Well, a 25 beer blind test is a bit much. Maybe 5?)

    I don't think that there would be such a thing as an underrated beer if folks rated to style.

    Honestly I thin k Pliny is slowly becoming underrated. Assuming it's fresh. If it get's old, it's an overrated mess.

    At some point taste is personal. I may like it, but that doesn't mean you should. Just drink hat tastes good to you.
