Dun Dun Dun is outstanding. Was thankful to restock on Green Moss yesterday as well. Two killer beers in a row.

Deep Rinse is very reminiscent of Russian River hops

    The return of Lord Octopus:

And the debut of Riprap (worst Hop Butcher beer name? Maybe I just don't get the reference):

Edit: OK, this stuff is all along the lakefront, I get it now. Still hate it, but I get it:

    Riprap definition:
loose stone used to form a foundation for a breakwater or other structure.
"the rock was used extensively for ballast and riprap"

    Why? Not genuinely curious.

For some reason it reminds me of the "rap rock" of Limp Bizkit. Why? No clue. Also, it just doesn't roll off the tongue, to me.

2 Nelson beers in a month, how about that? Also, the ABV is rare for both HB and Nelson beers themselves (seems like we get them in DIPA’s when we get them)

Mosiac is my favorite hop but I'm really turned off by overly sweet hazy's. Does Lord Octopus have any bitterness to it?

I got a can yesterday but I'm surprised the pictures for Riprap are showing it as being hazy. Why label is an American Pale Ale if it's going to be hazy? Even if they had said just Pale Ale I'd have assumed it was hazy, but American Pale Ales are decidedly not hazy.

Some of their APA's are hazy (Heck Yessum, Strange Shooting Star-Like Lights and Waveburst come to mind) some aren't. I don't think American Pale Ale specifically denotes no haze nowadays but it'd be helpful if their cans said if the contents contained haze or not. I know their DIPA's used to say NEIPA but I think they got some backlash on that. Can't please everyone now.

I don't know, I always consider American Pale Ales to be on the clearer side of things.

You're right about their labeling in that if I ever see them with a generic "IPA" or "PA" label I assume it will be hazy. But when they indicate like "West coast IPA" or "American Pale Ale" I would expect those to fit the normal conventions for that style.

Not a huge deal, but I had completely different expectations for it.

Get in line now! Sounds like possibly next week a raspberry, mango, blood orange, vanilla milkshake called Torchberry.

The can I opened last night had some good bitterness to it that cuts through the usual HB sweetness. Not the most bitter of their hazies but something in the middle though.

Yeah I really ended up not caring for Rip Rap. Did not know what it wanted to be.

Yeah I dunno. All the "properly made" Sabro beers I've had have been like drinking a fresh coconut skin and all. I've yet to determine how I feel about that.
