I like the way they done the can sales the last few weeks. Putting out on Sunday night with pick up starting on Wed.

Any early reviews of Dr Octagon? Picked mine up yesterday but steered clear of IPAs for the day.

 

It may not be one of TE's very best brews but it is a fine beer anyway. Well worth buying.

I thought it was very good (87 - 89 BA score). I don’t drink much Twin Elephant so it’s hard for me to compare to their other beers. The nose it great. A ton of aromatics. The flavor is good, but does not stand out as one of the more memorable IPA’s I’ve had lately.

No. You select your hourly time slot as you check out, then you go there during your time slot, then you call them and tell them you're picking up an order, you provide them with your order (it's in your purchase email, as is your pick up window), they bring it out to you.

 

Got my hands on my Dr. Octagon yesterday and just opened one. As with most their cans it needs a little more time on the inside. I'll save the rest for July 4 weekend, but it has a really nice hop flavor that will develop nicely when it looses the rawness. peachy, pineapple, and nice citrus.

 

Italian style pilsner in crowlers just announced.

 

Sounds good, and I grabbed one... what is meant by Blonde style pilsner?

 

I’m picking up a crowler after 2 this afternoon. Blonde style Pilsner has no meaning as for as I know. They should have called it a Blond or Golden American lager and left at that.

Not sure where I'd put it with the recent Scantron and hardog. Maybe above scan below har.

 

Had the Pils today, and maybe the hot weather playing into this, but I thought It was excellent. Light, Crisp, dry, floral, little herbal. Could crush multiple crowlers of it.

 

looks like they are canning two beers today - one of which is Toys in the Attic. Guessing we see a release sometime before the weekend.
