    My first impressions of Oil City are not favourable. Nice location, good set up, but the 2 beers I tried were mediocre at best.

    Mountain Hops Brewhouse is open and I am super impressed with their beers! Yay!

    Ommegang Neon Rainbow and Three Philosophers showed up in Casper as well as Duvel. Picked these up. Boulevard beers are also here but they're a strange looking bunch.

    That is a strange looking bunch...I've seen the Jam band in Nevada but not the others. Thanks for posting.

    We also have Tank 7, Space Camper and Unfiltered Wheat in WY that are year rounders to go with Jam Band and Easy Sport. Chill Vibes and Cherry Lime Radler are limited, one time drops. Look for more year rounders as well as more specialties to be coming in soon!

    I hope these get down to SW Wyoming...I'd really be excited to be able to get 3 philosophers year round. And hopefully Boulevard's limited releases like the Rye on Rye show up soon to

    2 newer beers from Melvin and they aren't IPAs.

    An Imperial Asian Style Pilsner, Sampan, and a Sour Soul Vol. 1.

    The only one time drops you will see are our limited releases. Our core items that we have brought into the state will be year round and available state wide.

    Just to toot my own horn, yesterday was my 18th anniversary on Beer Advocate.

    My new but old favourite Oktoberfest beer is tasting fine..Weihenstephaner Festbier.

    Lots of new beers in town as well as reappearances of ones that have been gone for years. Like Boulder. Love the Hazed and Infused.

    Today, at the Old Chicago, I had a Mountain Hops Backcast Brown followed by a Bell's Best Brown. Verdict? The local struck me as more robust and flavourful. That's despite my being a huge Bell's BB fan.
