    So now it's time for my next beer: Delirium Argentum, by Brouwerij Huyghes (forgive me if I got the name wrong, I wrote it from memory without looking at the label and I'm an ignorant American):

    This thing has been camping in my fridge for more than a year, but the best by date is still two years out. Neither Brett IPAs nor Ambers are really my jam, so why not jam 'em both into a bottle and see what happens? I don't love it, I don't hate it. It's clearly brett. It definitely has some hop bite to it. As I drink it, I get a little more toffee and biscuit out of it. It's not bad.
