    Another mystery beer from @Justonemore91. Thank you very much, sir! Vibrant gold on the pour with medium to full on haze. Decent collar and retention, followed by alcohol legs on the glass. Aromas of berries, lemon zest, lime juice, and muted notes of forest air (pine needles). The tastes follows with additional nuances of blueberry juice and bubble gum. This is a really f*cking delicious beer. Everything is blended so perfectly. Soft and gentle on the palate, albeit a tad thin, but finishes with a very clean bitterness. This is some exceptional sh*t, teetering on the line of world-class. So f*cking thankful. The gf said it's Mosaic after one sip, and I am going to agree with her. It's just a question as to whether other hops are involved. It drinks like 7.5% to me. Cheers!

    Chopping Wood, an 8.5% DIPA from Evil Twin x Trillium featuring, yup, you guessed it, Mosaic hops. Awesome beer.
    This beer deserves only one song.

    Fat Heads Strange Magic IPA (Warrior, Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra pellet, leaf, and cryo). In a IPA market packed to the brim with haze, Fat Heads continues to crank out amazing old school clear IPA. Ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, navel orange, pineapple, lemon, mango skin, bright floral, pine resin, herbaceous dankness, slight caramel, light table sugar, bread. Clean, bright, and refreshing.

    There was a time where I might have said Simcoe was in my top 3 hop varieties. That is no longer true. Mosaic has filled the 3 hole for quite some time.
