I do not think that is reasonable. In Jan 2019, an offer of sherry atrial + Calvados aulerlian + saturens Fen tao for a BBT (b1/2) was met with some positive comments, but one individual called out that the JK side was still short - it does not seem to have closed.
In May 2019, a sherry atrial + Calvados aulerlian + we are you batch 3 closed Tete v16. In March of this year an offer of sherry atrial + 2 PTY for bbt3 was met with a lot of laugh reacts.

Sherry atrial is a well regarded beer and a whale for some, but not to the extent of a BTAC bottle.

I do think you could get up to a case (16-24 cans) of OH/TH hops. Possibly you could get something like an assassin 2020, Coco Noche. But would expect you would be looking for "the right set of eyes"

Boiler BA Coco Nilla Killa for TH or OH cans. How many cans should I be asking for?

If b3 of HoG, HoG side is short. Would probably need something like a midnight still base as a plus.

I think you're off because Euonia is 750ml and SS is 375ml. Usually size of bottle doesn't play but in this case it's twice the size of equally desirable beer. Need a solid plus.

Are they though? This year's $$ appears extremely desirable and way higher rated than b1. Ive seen way more ISO for $$ than Euonia. I don't think this guy is far off at all going 1:1.

Both you and @JFresh21 bring up legit points, but I’ll add my impression which is that locals here value Euonia more than others do out of region. This is the case with Shaun Berns stouts in general I feel, whether at RAM, MoRE or now Phase 3. He has a very loyal fan base, and Euonia is the first barrel aged beer he has released out of Phase 3 and to Ambassador members only (non-public, 2pp).

Still, I can understand how it would appear tougher than it should be to trade for one. Im curious about Euonia myself, but price is to steep for what I’m willing to trade.

What would a solid plus be? And thank you for your thoughts on this!

Are Pliny for Prez and Bierstadt cans pretty equal in value? If not, what ratio am I looking at?

I’d imagine this would be pretty much a $4$ swap matching up.

I think @MattOC is probably right and p4p cans were just shy of $7 each

Out of curiosity, does the beer taste all that different from regular PtE?

The impression I've gotten is that the beer is fairly easy to find in California, so I haven't made any attempt to obtain any (have family in the South Bay area who could probably easily get some for me). I was thinking I'd try to obtain some during an upcoming Labor Day trip, but am wondering if I should even bother. I like PtE very much, but it's readily available on tap here in PDX, and I typically can find all I want here. If P4P is pretty similar to regular PtE, I was thinking maybe I should skip trying to obtain some during our upcoming trip.

I haven't tried it. To get it you've had to order a case for in state shipping or go to one of the breweries. There was some reviews of it in the Pacific forum and it sounds like its very similar to regular pte, maybe a little brighter. To me it sounds like the kind of beer I'd enjoy but $7 pint cana arr a rare treat for me, not a fridge staple

I was aware of the minimum case purchase if you want it shipped to you, but had assumed the beer also saw some limited distribution. I decided against asking my brothers to get a case for me, for the same reason you mentioned. It would actually end up costing me far more than $7 for a can, once my brothers got done picking over it.

Hopefully it will be available at the Windsor or SR location when I'm in the area and I can just pick up some there.

That's my understanding, if you do IG or Facebook they announce the batches on there I think. Otherwise there is a RR thread in the pacific forum and the "breweries that now ship..." Thread in the pacific forum that have been posting each new batch.

Good luck in your quest, and god.help you if youre forced to settle for reglar ol PtE

That a good assessment of the situation. I would agree with that given the brewer's past.

I honestly think it’s right in between pte and pty. Is it worth the higher price? I thought it was especially not having to drive to Santa Rosa and cross GG bridge to get there. The option to ship a case(16 actually and I split mines) was a no brainer. Back to the actual beer, p4p was not as bitter as pte but not as flavorful as pty. A good tasty beer that was very enjoyable. Going to miss it when it’s gone.

Is your post a 'my 5 for your 3', or 1:1 among them or combo/ratio of some? Not knowing those details, I can say that Montmorency and Reflections should be substantially easier to acquire than Apricot du Fermier. AdF was a far smaller bottle count release and it sold out in minutes. The other two (at least Montmorency) have been listed for week(s) on their site and are still available today.
