@Snrubnivek sent me this one for a blind review.

My wife loved the coozie and claimed it as her own for her LeCroix. Cracked open this bad boy and upon pouring I didn’t notice any hop aroma, so I’m thinking some sort of lager right off the bat, maybe dortmunder. The pour yields a heavy cap of foam, dense and spongy. Clear and almost a dark wheat colored liquid. My first taste is right off the foam cap, just a mouthful of heavy foam. It had me noticing the creamy nature of this one right off the bat. First gulp had washed away all thoughts of this being a lager. Minor hop presence, making this a crazy easy drinkable brew. I actually finished it in a couple minutes, which I wasn’t expecting to. Now I’m thinking maybe a cream ale with a late hop addition of amarillo and/or classic C hops. Still unsure though.

    The reveal...

Just an absolute crusher! Thanks, Kevin!

Awesome personal touch with the DK vinyl! Curds are getting fried in a few minutes and it looks like I have some sauce to dip them in too. Cherries were gone last night(delicious), and the glass is dope as hell, just waiting to crack my first Eagle Park tick to break it in. Oh, and speaking of Eagle Park, it looks like I just got my first ticks along with some other tasty looking cans(all new ticks)

But wait, there’s bottles! I love all the NG fruits!!! Everything I’ve had from FF has been solid and the CW anniversary has me at 1/2 mast!

    More amazing boxes guys!!!

Onto the next blind beer from @y2kawakami: “SSS.”

Look: Pours very dark brown from the can. Black and opaque in the glass. A finger of brown head eventually disappears but for a thin ring of foam around the edge of the glass. No lacing. No visible carbonation. Looks like a stout.

Smell: Very nutty and woody. Roasted malt. A little fruity. (Yeast not actual fruit). It gets toasty and little ashy. Coffee, dark chocolate. Perhaps a little bit of booze as it warms.

Taste: A nice dry stout that finishes with some toasty bitterness. Some nutty sweetness up front followed by black coffee, some roasted malt, toasted bread. Some bitterness.

    Feel: Medium level of carbonation.

Overall: I think it’s a straightforward stout. Could be a black lager but it seems too full. Maybe an RIS or a bitterly hopped American Imperial Stout. A really enjoyable beer. Thanks, Sean. I’m really having fun with these blind beers.

And the reveal with just a couple sips left:

    Description from Untappd:

Our stout is rich, luscious and black as Pele’s lava fields. The bold roasted malt backbone is hinted with notes of dark chocolate, sweet tobacco and burnt caramel. A touch of sweetness, a touch of bitter and a touch of roast combine to create a perfect full bodied and full flavored stout.

    6.6% ABV.

Time for me to again demonstrate my terrible palate... blind beer from @Buck89 !
It pours a caramel brown, foamy head with nice persistence. There's a ton of white/tan sediment/floaties.
Nose is sweet, fruity but I can't quite place it. Apple? Maybe white grapes? There's a bit of funk present. I'm also getting a spice... cinnamon?

Tasting, it's got a nice pucker. Sour red ale/Flanders, but I think there is fruit present too. It's familiar, and I'm going to kick myself when I see it. Reveal:

This is cool as shit, thank you John! The fruit has to all be natural, and the light spice has to be from the hickory. Super interesting. Pretty sure this is only the second thing I've ever had from Scratch, I'm really into their whole thing.
