    I moved up Route 9 to Bucket Brigade Brewery and Broken Ladder Rye IPA. It’s dry and quite bitter - excellent for a muggy day.

    Brewing Projekt Breakfast Budz Chocolate Chip Waffle Imperial Pastry Stout, 10.3% ABV. Pours black with a half-finger tan head that left no lacing. Nose is all chocolate and maple, taste follows, moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Excellent mouthfeel, overall outstanding to world-class. Should have bought more.

    I usually park at this brewery for Green Bay Packers games. The brewery does not have any exceptional beers, and I am still mad that they cut me off after the Billy Joel concert, when I didn't even have much to drink. But, this would be a good walking beer to have on gameday.

    I loved Human when it came out, but I rarely revisit it. Much prefer the three that came before it. Saw them 3 times from 1990-1992 and live quality varied wildly.
