Dang yo! Y'all really hatin' on the M's. Their offense is decent-ish, starting pitching OK-ish, but the bullpen is a 2020 dumpster fire.

Maybe I should have made it about how many runs the pen will give up. A hundred is not out of the realm of possibility.

 

I mean, I watch the Pirates. Aside from today, we've had no offense to speak of. I'm not even sure what offense in baseball looks like anymore.

 

So, what we seem to have in common is the fact that both of our local 9s are going full-on "Fubar for Kumar"?

Kumar Rocker is the presumptive #1 pick in the 2021 draft.


2021 seems so far away, and, we have no idea wut da bloody fuq is gonna happen. Yet, 2021 is sneaking up behind us.

I mean it has been basically a month since I have got a chance to watch the Cardinals.

 

Oh, I'm a Cards fan first, it's just that the M's are local, so that's who I see the most. This season is somewhat confounding.....

 

My wife and I were in STL late May and the entire Busch area was dead. We took the kids to the Arch and walked around the stadium. Such an odd feeling.

 

I, uh, well, um...I'm late. But I'm definitely IN!!!

My grandfather was from Patterson, New Jersey. Taylor Ham (the correct name) is probably my favorite meat on the planet. (Although, I have no experience with @Roguer's meat... Yet....) I'm guessing it's been 20 years since I've had it. My dad used to make us breakfast sandwiches with it every Sunday morning.

So as I understand this I could get some Taylor Ham and the reveal is on my birthday?!?!

I just finished fixing my porch from the @WesMantooth bomb during NBS BIF #3 - Monkeys with Knives. So I guess that means the stars have aligned and it's time for me to get back in the action. If you'll have me, I'm in!

Haul Hint #1: my target will receive a LOT of beer from Transient, a brewery that has been releasing big stouts monthly since March. There are at least three in this pic that will make the trip.

I know Transient is known for their IPAs, but I've had one or two of their stouts. I think they should be known for stouts. I stopped into the brewery one time and almost didn't buy any because of the price. I'm really glad I did. It was outstanding. Plus, there's something about the flavor in their IPAs (yeast?) that's in not really fond of. I still like them and buy them when I'm in Michigan, but I spend way more money at Old Nation.
