    I thought of another dessert food item I could bring. I just learned to make cream puffs. Thinking I could make them and have the cream part be made with Southern Tier Creme Brulee. Thoughts? :slight_smile:

    Hey Adam, not sure if I've missed the boat on this one, but is there any room for another party-goer? I didn't originally think I would be in town that weekend, but now it looks wide open... I've got quite a few things in my cellar that I was hoping to open/share before I head back to Japan later in April, and could definitely cater to everyone's desires by bringing a few different styles if that helps.

    19 more days!

    This tasting is going to have wayyyyy to much beer. We will try and get around to everything but i doubt it will happen. I would love to see people arrange for sober drivers or use public transportation, or at least carpool and arrange a soberer driver... I will be opening 4 cases of beer...

    A beer that also shares its name with a type of insulin will be at the event. First person to name it will be given a nice beer class! Of course this only applies to people attending the event.
